A friend told me what a great realtor Laura was a few years ago. I am SO LUCKY we found her. She found a house that me and my wife could agree on (miracle) and patiently walked us through the first time buying process. Laura was able to help us buy the house for $20,000 below the asking price. We got an AWESOME DEAL. A few months ago we were ready to buy a bigger place and called Laura again. She worked really hard and found another place me and my wife could agree on (miracle #2). She then managed to sell our old house for a premium! Laura was always readily available to show us homes whenever we asked, and always had a few options that were not on our list. As Canadians looking for a vacation home in Las Vegas we were quite apprehensive as to what we could expect in a realtor that would be able to shorten the distance for us and allow us to feel confident in what we were looking at over the internet.
